The Relaxing Breath

The Relaxing Breath (sometimes called the 4-7-8 breath, due to the pattern of counting and holding the breath) is also helpful in relaxing into a restful sleep at the end of the day. It comes from yoga and the more you do it, the more benefit you'll get.
