Living by Design Blog Carnival No.30

It's carnival time again. This carnival features my favourite articles from over 100 submissions. Thanks to everyone who contributed and happy reading.

Peter presents The Ultimate Guide to Stress Relief posted at The Change Blog. Snip "Stress is bad, right? Or is it good? Well, if you talk to the experts, they’ll say both are true. You need some stress to just get out of bed in the morning. And when you drive to work in your car, you need stress to stay alert and respond to what is in front of you. So stress has its place. But what if a high level of stress goes on and on?"

Erin Pavlina presents How do you recover after an emotional setback? posted at Erin Pavlina’s Blog, saying, “How do you raise your energy when you’ve been stepped on and emotionally trounced by another person, and your self esteem is so low that you can’t even imagine ever being happy again?”

Frederic Premji presents The Power Of Asking posted at BlogMotivation.com.

Roberto Montanez presents How long can we go without sleeping? posted at Psychbits, saying, “Don’t you wish we could go without sleeping? We could accomplish much more in our days. We spend one third of our lifetime sleeping. Imagine that! But why do we sleep?”

Melissa Thinks Out Loud presents Eavesdropping on Your Mind… — Melissa Thinks Out Loud posted at Melissa Thinks Out Loud, saying, “What we think both consciously and unconsciously has a very real effect on what happens in our lives and how we feel about ourselves. Learn how to eavesdrop on your own mind to find out what you are saying behind your own back. Then learn how to change those thoughts.”

Mike King presents Maximum Productivity: Perspective posted at Learn This.

Alvaro Fernandez presents Neuroplasticity and the Brain That Changes Itself posted at SharpBrains, saying, “Review of a great book with compelling tales about the amazing abilities of the brain to rewire, readjust and relearn.”

That concludes this edition. Please submit your blog article to the next edition of living by design - personal development using our carnival submission form. Past posts and future hosts can be found on our blog carnival index page.

Wow, I'm amazed this selection comes from over 100 articles submitted. I must say thank you for including mine and I definitely want to thank you then Ananga for your time to go through all of those and pick the best ones. I'm always impressed by people's top articles and this carnival is no exception.

I particular like the link and content at sharp brains, I've been looking for some stuff like that for a while and just hadn't started searching for it. Gives me a place to start, thanks!
