Happy New Year & End of 12 Month Challenge

In January 2007 I decided to challenge myself and commit to writing regularly for Living by Design for one year. My intention was to reach out to people looking for relief from stress and anxiety and see if I could build a community of regular readers.

It was a lonely quest in the early days, but soon the traffic started to trickle in and now, one year later, Living by Design is firmly established and growing... day by day, month by month, more guests stop by, more articles are read, and more MP3s downloaded. And so I'm set to continue for year 2 and I hope you'll join me.
