Enhance Your Focus with Meditation

In a recent study conducted at Pennsylvania University, a group of meditation newbies tried the art of mindfulness over a period of eight weeks and found the meditating regularly improved their abilities in task management and also increased their alertness and focus.

To get maximum results from meditation, regularity is key. Even if you only practice for five minutes at a time, it’s better to do that once or twice a day every day, than to attempt one hour meditation marathons once a week.

So how can you get started?

After seeing the comments above, I have also checked your music. I must say it's extremely calming and makes me think more profound.
In a way you remind me of Gheorghe Zamfir , even though you play different instruments.
Thank you!
